Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

1) Who We Are
Center for Infinite Transformation (“CFIT,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides in-person wellness services, classes, events, and related memberships/passes sold online and on-site. Services are non-medical and for general wellness only.

2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ (age of majority in Texas) to purchase or agree to these Terms. Minors may use services only with a parent or legal guardian present and supervising, and only after the adult completes all required consents.

3) Not Medical Care
CFIT staff are not licensed medical providers, and our services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always consult your healthcare professional before starting any new wellness practice.

4) Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
(a) Scheduling & Walk-Ins. All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

(b) Membership Bookings — 2-Hour Reschedule Window. If you booked using a membership, you must reschedule at least two (2) hours before the scheduled start time; otherwise it is treated as a no-show.

(c) No-Show Policy — Progressive Enforcement. You may accrue up to two (2) no-shows. After a third (3rd) no-show, your membership may be suspended; CFIT, in its discretion, may reactivate or terminate the membership for policy violations.

(d) Practitioner Appointments & Group Events — 24-Hour Policy. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment/event start.
• Late cancellations (< 24 hours): 50% fee applies.
• No-shows: no refund.
• Any applicable refund is returned to the original form of payment.

(e) Extenuating Circumstances. If extenuating circumstances occur, please contact CFIT as soon as possible so we can review your situation.

(f) Time Standard. All deadlines and cut-offs are measured in CFIT’s local time at the service location.

5) Memberships, Passes, Refunds, and Cancellations

(a) Activation & Billing Cycle (Memberships). Memberships activate on the date of purchase and follow a recurring thirty (30)-day billing cycle. Each membership is issued for a 30-day term and, unless canceled, renews every 30 days on the original purchase/renewal date.

(b) Auto-Pay (Optional but Encouraged). Enrollment in auto-pay is not mandatory but encouraged for uninterrupted access and to maintain any promotional perks tied to continuous membership.

(c) Member Payment Responsibility (If Not on Auto-Pay). If you are not enrolled in auto-pay, you are responsible for paying each 30-day renewal by the due date. If unpaid, the membership will expire, and any introductory perks/discounts tied to continuous membership may no longer apply after expiration.

(d) Flexibility (Cancel/Switch Anytime). You may cancel or switch memberships at any time. Cancellation turns off future auto-renewals; access continues through the end of the current 30-day term unless otherwise stated.

(e) Day Pass Redemption Window. Day passes must be redeemed within sixty (60) days of purchase. Unredeemed day passes expire after 60 days and are no longer valid for use.

(f) Refundability.

• Redeemed memberships or day passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Unredeemed/unscheduled memberships or passes are refundable within one (1) week of purchase. After the one-week window, they are not refundable but (for day passes) remain valid for redemption until the 60-day expiration stated in subsection (e).
• CFIT reserves the right to review each refund request and approve or deny requests that do not meet this policy.

(g) Online Subscription Disclosures. For any plan set to auto-renew, we provide clear recurring-charge disclosures, obtain your express informed consent, and offer a simple online cancellation path. Applicable refunds (if any) are issued to the original form of payment.

(h) “Unlimited” Use — Safety & Fair-Use Parameters. “Unlimited” refers to access during your active term; frequency and duration are guided by CFIT safety recommendations. Unless otherwise approved by staff, use is limited to one (1) session per day per modality.

6) Conduct and Safety
You agree to follow all posted and verbal safety rules, accurately disclose medical conditions/sensitivities, and use equipment at your own risk. CFIT may refuse or discontinue participation for safety reasons.

7) Intellectual Property
Website content, trademarks, and materials are owned by CFIT or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without permission.

8) Photo/Video & Testimonials (Publicity Notice & Opt-Out)
CFIT may capture photographs, video, audio, and testimonials at CFIT locations and events for promotional and marketing purposes. By entering CFIT premises and participating in CFIT activities, you agree that CFIT may use your name, image, voice, and statements in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.
How to Opt Out. If you do not agree, you may opt out at any time before or during your visit by emailing info@infinite-transformation.com or submitting a written opt-out at check-in. Upon receiving your opt-out, CFIT will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing or using your likeness (including offering “no-photo” seating/areas or alternative scheduling). Previously published materials may continue.
Privacy Zones. CFIT does not photograph or record in bathrooms, dressing areas, or other places where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Minors. A parent/legal guardian must provide or withhold consent on the minor’s behalf. If consent is withheld, CFIT will not intentionally capture or use the minor’s likeness.

9) Privacy; Data Security Notices
We collect and use personal data per our Privacy Policy. If we experience a data breach involving your “sensitive personal information,” we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10) E-Signatures & Electronic Records
You agree we may transact electronically. Electronic signatures and records carry the same legal effect as paper signatures under the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), Chapter 322.

11) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Small-Claims Option
Binding Arbitration. Except for small-claims matters or claims for injunctive relief, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Bexar County, Texas, under the Texas Arbitration Act, Chapter 171. You may opt out within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing [address]. Class actions are waived. Courts can enforce or stay arbitration under Chapter 171; unconscionable agreements are unenforceable.

12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use.

13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the Effective Date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations (for example, arbitration provisions, liability limits, refund/renewal terms, or pricing), we will provide prominent notice (e.g., email and/or site banner) and may request your affirmative consent (e.g., a new “I agree” at checkout, check-in, or login) before the change applies to you. If you do not agree, you may stop using services and cancel your membership before the effective date; access continues through the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated.
