Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
1) Who We Are
2) Eligibility
3) Not Medical Care
4) Scheduling, Cancellations, No-Shows and Refunds
Unless a specific written offer states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, class and event packages are refundable only if CFIT receives your cancellation request at least seven (7) days before the first scheduled class or event in the package.
Once the first scheduled class or event begins, the package is non-refundable. Missed classes, unused sessions, partial attendance, or failure to complete the package do not qualify for a refund, credit, transfer, or rollover to another month, event, class series, or package period.
Class and event packages are non-transferable and may be used only by the purchaser unless CFIT gives prior written approval.
CFIT may review exception requests for extenuating circumstances, but approval is discretionary unless required by law.
1. Private Events for 3 or More Participants. Private events reserved for groups of three (3) or more participants must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
A cancellation request received by CFIT at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled event start time is eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. For cancellations received fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled event, CFIT will retain fifty percent (50%) of the total amount paid as a late-cancellation fee and refund the remaining fifty percent (50%).
A private event may be rescheduled without penalty if CFIT receives the rescheduling request at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled event. A rescheduling request received fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the event is subject to a fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking price. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the original payment may be applied toward the rescheduled event.
2. Private Bookings for One or Two Participants. Private bookings for one (1) or two (2) participants must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
A cancellation request received by CFIT at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled booking start time is eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. For cancellations received fewer than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled booking, CFIT will retain fifty percent (50%) of the total amount paid as a late-cancellation fee and refund the remaining fifty percent (50%).
A private booking may be rescheduled without penalty if CFIT receives the rescheduling request at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled booking. A rescheduling request received fewer than forty-eight (48) hours before the booking is subject to a fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking price. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the original payment may be applied toward the rescheduled booking.
3. No-Shows and Administrative Terms. Failure to attend a private event or private booking without providing the required cancellation or rescheduling notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests are effective only when received and acknowledged by CFIT. All deadlines are measured from the scheduled start time in CFIT’s local time.
CFIT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, approve, or deny any refund, credit, or rescheduling request that is submitted after the applicable cancellation or rescheduling deadline or otherwise does not meet the requirements of this policy. Any exception granted by CFIT is voluntary, applies only to the specific request, and does not waive CFIT’s right to enforce this policy in the future. Nothing in this provision permits CFIT to deny a refund or rescheduling request that expressly qualifies under this policy or that CFIT is required to provide under applicable law.
5) Memberships, Passes, Refunds, and Cancellations
(a) Activation & Billing Cycle (Memberships). Memberships activate on the date of purchase and follow a recurring thirty (30)-day billing cycle. Each membership is issued for a 30-day term and, unless canceled, renews every 30 days on the original purchase/renewal date.
(b) Auto-Pay (Optional but Encouraged). Enrollment in auto-pay is not mandatory but encouraged for uninterrupted access and to maintain any promotional perks tied to continuous membership.
(c) Member Payment Responsibility (If Not on Auto-Pay). If you are not enrolled in auto-pay, you are responsible for paying each 30-day renewal by the due date. If unpaid, the membership will expire, and any introductory perks/discounts tied to continuous membership may no longer apply after expiration.
(d) Flexibility (Cancel/Switch Anytime). You may cancel or switch memberships at any time. Cancellation turns off future auto-renewals; access continues through the end of the current 30-day term unless otherwise stated.
(e) Day Pass Redemption Window. Day passes must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of purchase. Unredeemed day passes expire after 30 days and are no longer valid for use unless otherwise specified.
(f) Refundability.
• Redeemed memberships or day passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
