QiGong Class

This weekly Qigong class is designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and restore your energy—supporting wellness and longevity through consistent practice.
The first half of class focuses on warmups to strengthen and condition connective tissue, building resilience and supporting how your body moves and recovers. The second half moves into guided, meditative Qigong to help release stagnant energy and recharge your system with fresh energy—revitalizing Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Each week includes seasonal Qigong and rotating practices that will be repeated over time so you can build real progress. Practices may focus on emotional health, bone health, pain reduction, mobility support, and more.
If you already work out, this class is the missing link—supporting recovery, balance, and a stronger foundation beneath everything else you do. Suitable for most levels and bodies.
