Do I need to know what I want to work on?
No. Some people arrive with a clear question. Others arrive knowing only that something feels stuck. Either is a fine place to start. Yolo will ask what you are experiencing and what you hope for before anything else, and "I'm not sure" is a real answer.
How many sessions do people usually have?
Some people come once and get what they came for. Others come back when something new surfaces. You book one session at a time.
Is this the same as a mediumship reading?
No, though Yolo offers both. In a reading she connects with a loved one in Spirit and relays what comes through. Here the focus stays on you and on what is standing in your way. If you are unsure which one fits, ask us before you book.
Do I need to already be on a spiritual path?
No. Some people come with years of practice behind them. Some have never done anything like this. Come with an openness to receive.
