Infrared Sauna

Deep heat. Gentle healing. True renewal.

Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna

Our full spectrum sauna uses near, mid, and far infrared light to warm your body directly, not just the air around you. That means a more comfortable session that delivers powerful benefits — from deep relaxation to cellular-level support.

Why people love it

Holistic Balance

Wellness explorers love how this therapy integrates science with self-care. Near-infrared light supports skin and cellular vitality, mid-infrared boosts circulation, and far-infrared provides the deep warmth that promotes detox, balance, and a sense of grounded renewal.

Gentle Relief for Chronic Conditions

For those living with ongoing pain, inflammation, or fatigue, infrared heat supports circulation, eases stiffness, and encourages natural repair at the cellular level. Research also suggests that sweating can help eliminate environmental toxins that other pathways may miss.

Stress Reset

Busy professionals find the sauna a reliable way to turn off the pressure. The soothing heat helps lower cortisol (the stress hormone), promotes endorphins, and leaves you calmer, clearer, and ready to sleep better.

Your Experience

An infrared sauna session is designed to feel restorative, not overwhelming. The heat starts at a gentle warmth and gradually increases, allowing your body to adjust naturally. Most people describe it as deeply relaxing — a comfortable sweat that feels cleansing rather than draining.

Sessions typically last 30–40 minutes, and you can personalize the environment with calming lights, music, or simply quiet time to yourself. It’s your space to recharge in the way that feels best for you.

Frequently asked questions

Here are some common questions about our Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna.

It’s a gentle sauna that uses near, mid, and far infrared light to warm your body directly — not the air — for deeper relaxation and cellular renewal at a comfortable temperature.

You’ll feel a gradual, soothing warmth that promotes calm and a healthy sweat. Most people describe leaving their session feeling lighter, relaxed, and clear-headed.

Typically 30–40 minutes. If it’s your first time, we recommend starting with 15–20 minutes and gradually increasing as your body adjusts.

Hydrate well, avoid heavy meals or alcohol, and wear light, breathable clothing or a towel. Bring water, and remove lotions or oils so your skin can breathe.

Infrared therapy is gentle, but if you’re pregnant, have heart or blood pressure concerns, or are recovering from illness or surgery, please check with your doctor before your session.

Cool down slowly, rinse off or shower, and continue hydrating. Feeling relaxed or slightly tired is normal — it’s your body integrating the benefits.
