About the event
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this gathering welcomes women navigating breast cancer or living beyond it, offering a nurturing space for rest, connection, and renewal wherever you are in your journey.
Our intention is to celebrate and honor the women joining us while creating a space where you can simply be. There is no expectation to share your story, feel a certain way, or do anything beyond what feels right for you.
Through a guided somatic meditation, you’ll be gently invited to explore moments of stillness, reconnect with your body at your own pace, and experience a sense of grounding and support.
Following the meditation, a restorative sound bath will offer an opportunity to settle more deeply into rest, surrounded by soothing sounds and gentle vibrations.
Throughout the experience, you’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable. You can adjust your position, keep your eyes open, or simply rest. No meditation experience is necessary.
Afterward, we invite you to stay for herbal tea, connect with others, explore available wellness resources, or enjoy a quiet moment of reflection.
Space is limited, so please register to save your spot. If your plans change and you’re unable to attend, please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else.
Mats and blankets are provided. You're welcome to bring anything else you might need for your comfort. If you need special accommodation, please contact us prior to the event.
