Amira Abdelkader is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) and Functional
Wellness Lifestyle Coach with over 200 hours of specialized classroom
training. She has received her education from some of the top
wellness providers in the United States and is a proud member of the
Institute for Functional Medicine. With more than 40 years of
experience in healthcare, Amira has worked in various settings,
including ICU, Trauma, Liver and Kidney Transplant, and Medical
Cosmetics.
Her commitment to health and wellness was
further strengthened during her 10 years of service in the United
States Air Force as a Medical Flight Evacuation specialist, where she
traveled extensively across the continent. Amira holds a degree in
Health Care Management and has managed a Refugee Clinic in Texas as
well as long-term care facilities in North Carolina and Texas.
Amira's
extensive education and personal journey overcoming chronic disease
have equipped her with cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition,
health coaching, and disease prevention. As a health and wellness
coach, she recognizes the vital role of coaching in fostering and
maintaining health. Amira actively implements educational classes,
lectures, and one-on-one consultations to empower individuals in her
community, helping them tap into their inner motivation to restore
and preserve their health and well-being.
