About the Experience
Guided Meditation for Anxiety & Stress is a grounding, interactive group experience designed to help you release stress, soften tension, and return to a greater sense of inner calm.
Meditation does not have to be hard. In this guided practice, you’ll learn how to settle into meditation in a simple, accessible way, how to get the most out of your practice, and tools you can take home to support calm in your everyday life.
The session begins with gentle guided meditation and breathwork to settle the mind, quiet the nervous system, and support a softer arrival into the present moment.
From there, you’ll be led through an interactive practice with Dr. Mike Hall, DCEM, and Dr. Theresa Woodlock, DCEM. Drawing from layered, time-tested approaches, this session is designed to support anxiety relief, body regulation, and emotional restoration while offering individualized care within a supportive group setting.
We’ll close with a gentle integration moment to help you carry the calm, clarity, and steadiness with you into the days ahead.

No prior meditation experience is needed, everyone is welcome.
Please bring water. A journal is optional but recommended if you would like to write down thoughts that may come up.
