We are looking for a passionate Wellness Assistant to join our team.
As a Wellness Assistant you'll help create an experience of ease, care, and connection for every guest who visits Center For Infinite Transformation. This role blends hospitality, service, mindfulness, and is ideal for someone who values organization, empathy, and meaningful interaction.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful connections with clients, learning about their goals and needs.
- Educate clients about our offerings in a clear, supportive, and non-pressured way.
- Guide clients with encouragement, accountability, and ongoing support.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and ensure equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use.
- Handle POS system transactions, in-store sales, and basic administrative tasks.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Contribute to a collaborative, uplifting, and client-focused environment.
Must Have
- High School Diploma or Higher.
- Must reside in San Antonio, TX or surrounding areas to be considered for this role.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Genuine enthusiasm for wellness and supporting others on their personal journey.
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong people skills.
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Ability to stay calm, grounded, and solution-focused in a busy environment.
- Physically able to move around the center frequently, stay active during shifts, and assist with light equipment handling (up to 25 lbs).
Nice to have
- Comfortable using a point-of-sale system, phone, and basic computer tasks.
- Prior experience in nutrition, yoga, holistic practices, wellness services, hospitality, or customer care is a plus—but not required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
