Points & Oils Workshop
This time of year, small supports can make a big difference—especially when stress runs high and your nervous system feels stretched. In this workshop, you’ll learn a few targeted acupressure points and essential oils that can help you feel calmer, clearer, and more regulated from the inside out.
Points & Oils Workshop, led by Steve Cosimano, combines practitioner-guided essential oils with specific acupressure/acupuncture meridian points (no needles) to support emotional balance, seasonal resilience, and overall wellbeing.
If you joined our small-group Points + Oils intro sessions in the salt room, this is the expanded full workshop—held outside the salt room—with more guidance, deeper education, and more time to experience how this approach can support you through the season.
What to expect?
You’ll receive a clear introduction to the essential oils we’ll use and their supportive properties, plus an easy-to-understand explanation of the meridian points we’ll work with. Then you’ll experience practitioner-applied oils on the arms, ankles, and feet for:
- Emotional wellbeing and nervous system support
Points selected to help your system downshift from stress, ease tension, and support a steadier internal baseline—especially helpful when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or emotionally “off.”
- Grounded energy and general wellness support
Additional points chosen to encourage relaxation, restore balance, and help you feel more supported and centered during busy winter weeks.
- Rest and integration time
After the guided point + oil portion, you’ll have time to rest and integrate—because the goal isn’t just learning points, it’s giving your body space to reset.
Ideal for anyone who wants to…
feel more calm, clear, and grounded
support emotional resilience during stressful seasons
ease stress tension and help the nervous system settle
feel more balanced when you’re run down, overwhelmed, or “off”
boost overall energy + steadiness during busy winter weeks
What to wear
Please wear clothing with easy access to your ankles and arms (shorts or loose pants you can roll up and a short-sleeve or loose long-sleeve top).
