About the Experience
Join us for a warm, heart-centered evening meditation class that helps you become more self-aware and deeply connected to your healing journey.
At the heart of human life is a simple idea: the spirit just wants to experience life. But how do we relate to life? What do we hold onto? What do we let go of? Why do we open our hearts, and why do we close them?
Spirituality is simply your presence in your own life. This class invites you to see ordinary and routine experiences as part of your path of healing and awakening.
What to expect?
Together, we will gently activate the body with simple qigong warm-ups, explore short, simple teachings, and then be guided through a meditation into the deeper wisdom of your heart. We will explore the relationship between the spirit, ego, body, and everyday life, and how they co-create the process of healing and growth.
Our focus will be on becoming more aware of our inner state, opening the heart, and meeting life with greater presence. We will leave time at the end to integrate the evening by sharing realizations or asking any questions that come up.
We will explore:
How deep healing and transformation begin with self-awareness
Practical applications of Yin and Yang in everyday life
The relationship between spirit, ego, body, and life experience
The difference between life-positive and life-negative patterns
How intentional reflection, meditation, and contemplation can support healing and transformation
A simple guided heart-opening meditation you can continue practicing on your own
The class is beginner-friendly and accessible. No prior experience with meditation or energy work is required.
