About the Experience
This class is an invitation to explore the deeper layers of your being through the wisdom of Qigong. Beneath physical sensation, mental activity, and emotional experience, there is a subtler field of awareness that can be felt, cultivated, and understood through practice.
In this 90-minute experience, you’ll be guided into a deeper relationship with three layers of perception: the physical body, the energetic body, and the spirit body. Through breath, posture, intention, and presence, you’ll begin to sense how energy moves, where it gathers, and how awareness itself can open the doorway to greater clarity and inner connection.
This is not about adopting a belief. It is about becoming more present to what is already there — and learning to trust your own direct experience.
What You’ll Experience
We begin with one of the central principles of energetic practice:
Where attention goes, qi follows.
As intention becomes steadier, awareness begins to deepen.
As awareness deepens, sensation becomes clearer.
And as sensation becomes clearer, a more intimate relationship with the self can begin to emerge.
Throughout this class, you’ll be guided in exploring three layers of perception:
- the physical body through breath, posture, temperature, tension, and direct sensation
- the energetic body through flow, tingling, fullness, movement, expansion, and contraction
- the spirit body through presence, stillness, clarity, subtle resonance, and aliveness
You’ll also be led through hand-sensing practices and partner exercises designed to help you experience these layers both within yourself and in relationship with others.
This is a space to slow down, listen more deeply, and discover what becomes available when awareness is given room to open.
This class is for those who:
- feel called to explore energy as a direct, living experience
- are curious about Qigong, healing, meditation, and subtle awareness
- want to deepen their connection to the body, presence, and inner perception
- sense that awareness itself can become a doorway
- are drawn to the deeper dimensions of embodiment
No previous experience is necessary. You do not need to know how to do anything in a particular way. You only need a willingness to slow down, listen, and notice what is already present.
What You May Discover
Each person’s experience will be their own, but many begin to notice subtle shifts such as:
- warmth or tingling in the hands
- a deeper sensitivity to inner sensation
- a felt sense of expansion or energetic movement
- greater calm, steadiness, and centeredness
