An experiential workshop where you’ll learn simple, nervous-system–based practices to feel safer, calmer, and more connected with others. Through gentle exercises and mindful interaction, you’ll explore how to relax together, deepen trust, and build more nourishing relationships.


Nervous System FlowEveryday Tools for Embodied Presence

A grounding, experiential exploration of your body’s innate intelligence. You’ll learn how stress, trauma, and daily life shape your nervous system and how to gently guide it back toward regulation using simple somatic tools and guided exercises. Explore energetic boundaries, reconnect with the natural flow of your life force, and  restore balance from within.


Yoga Nidra — Deep Rest for Mind & Body

With Nicole McClendon -  E-500 RYT, Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher, and YACEP.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying down. Through breath awareness and body scanning, the nervous system shifts into its most healing state — releasing stress, improving sleep, and restoring inner balance.

Open to all levels. Blankets and mats are provided.  Bring any additional comfort items.


Daoist Practices for being Ageless

December 7th,  2PM - 3PM

With Steve Cosimano

Learn ancient Daoist movement and awareness practices to help you feel and look more youthful from the inside out. We’ll explore facial exercises to soften tension and enhance radiance, along with internal practices that expand and deepen your awareness.


Sound Bath Immersion

December 7th,  5PM - 6PM

With Lidia Aliosa - Integral Sound Healing Practitioner 

Enjoy a grounded, restorative experience where you can lie down, sit in meditation, or gently move with the sound. This experience includes guided meditation, breathing practices, and soothing aromatherapy to help you calm your nervous system, release tension, and return to a more present, easeful state.
