This Full Moon gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the nourishing practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, often described as “yogic sleep,” is a guided practice that supports profound relaxation while inviting you into a space between rest and awareness. It is known for encouraging deep calm, self-awareness, and a state of conscious rest.
This experience also honors sound as a pathway into presence, inner listening, and deeper awareness. Woven throughout the practice, sound healing supports the journey inward by helping soften mental activity, settle the body, and create a more spacious experience of rest. Combined with Yoga Nidra, the sounds become a gentle companion, deepening relaxation and inviting a fuller sense of being held in the practice.
