Through yoga nidra, you’ll be led into a state of conscious rest where physical tension starts to release and mental noise begins to fade. It’s a simple yet powerful way to step out of constant stimulation and give your system the pause it rarely gets.

The experience continues with an immersive sound bath that uses calming frequencies to deepen relaxation and bring your nervous system back into balance.
