About the Experience
Sound Bath & Energetic Alignment is a deeply restorative group healing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to a greater sense of inner calm. The session begins with gentle guided meditation and breathwork to settle the mind, ground the body, and support a softer arrival into the present moment.
From there, you’ll rest comfortably as you’re immersed in a soothing sound bath enhanced with aromatherapy. During the experience, Dr. Mike Hall, Doctor of Chinese Medicine, offers subtle energetic alignment inspired by ancient Daoist practices. This layered approach is designed to help clear, regulate, and restore your system while offering individualized care within a supportive group setting.
We’ll close the evening with herbal tea and a gentle community integration circle.

You can choose from a grounded mat setup or a zero-gravity recliner chair. Mats, blankets, pillows, and eye coverings will be provided. Please bring any additional items that will help you feel comfortable.
