Points + Oils in the Salt Room is led by Steve Cosimano and combines targeted essential oils on specific acupuncture points with the calming, restorative environment of halotherapy — all held inside our salt room.
You’ll be guided to apply essential oils to select acupuncture points on the arms ,ankles and feet (no needles; no torso points in this experience), with a seasonal winter focus on supporting the airways and respiratory system. After the guided point + oil portion, you’ll settle into a recliner chair and remain in the salt room for 30 minutes of halotherapy, allowing the experience to integrate as you rest, breathe, and let your system reset.
This experience is ideal for anyone dealing with :
- seasonal allergies
- mild respiratory sensitivity
- lingering post-cold congestion
- for those simply wanting to strengthen immune-season resilience and support clearer breathing.
Please wear clothing with easy access to your ankles and arms (like shorts/loose pants you can roll up and a short-sleeve or loose long-sleeve top).
