 therapists\, counselors\, nurses\, caregivers\, empaths\, and highly sensi
 tive people\, this awareness can be especially strong. When you spend your
  day listening\, supporting\, comforting\, or caring for others\, it may b
 ecome difficult to recognize where their experience ends and yours begins.
  Certain interactions can leave you feeling heavy\, depleted\, unsettled\,
  or emotionally affected. Sometimes\, you may carry those feelings home wi
 thout realizing that some of what you are holding may not be yours. This i
 s where energetic awareness\, discernment\, and energetic hygiene become i
