 d intentional breathing to help settle the mind\, slow the pace of the bod
 y\, and bring your attention out of daily stress and back into the present
  moment. From there\, you’ll rest comfortably while immersed in a carefu
 lly created soundscape using therapeutic instruments and frequencies. The 
 sound is intended to support deeper relaxation\, reduce mental noise\, and
  give the nervous system an opportunity to downshift. Throughout the sound
  bath\, Mike Hall\, DCEM\, Doctor of Chinese Energetic Medicine\, will off
 er subtle\, hands-off energetic alignment rooted in ancient Daoist healing
  practices. He will work with both the collective energy of the room and e
 ach participant individually\, offering energetic support intended to enco
 urage greater flow\, balance\, and connection within the body’s energy s
 ystem. Supporting the Physical\, Emotional\, and Energetic Self The healin
 g sound helps create a state of rest and receptivity by guiding the nervou
