 orso points in this experience)\, with a seasonal winter focus on supporti
 ng the airways and respiratory system. After the guided point + oil portio
 n\, you’ll settle into a recliner chair and remain in the salt room for 
 30 minutes of halotherapy\, allowing the experience to integrate as you re
 st\, breathe\, and let your system reset. This experience is ideal for any
 one dealing with :seasonal allergies mild respiratory sensitivitylingering
  post-cold congestionfor those simply wanting to strengthen immune-season 
 resilience and support clearer breathing. Please wear clothing with easy a
 ccess to your ankles and arms (like shorts/loose pants you can roll up and
